40ml Cold Brew Espresso Concentrate
130ml frothed hot oat or whole milk
Pour milk over concentrate, and serve

83ml hot water

Method
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail jug.
- Add ice and stir until condensation starts to form on the side of the jug.
- Strain into a glass and garnish with fresh orange peel and a sprig of rosemary.

50ml Cold Brew Espresso Concentrate
50ml tonic water
25ml yuzu juice
10g white caster sugar
8 mint leaves
Method
- Muddle mint leaves, sugar, Cold Brew Espresso Concentrate and yuzu juice together in a glass.
- Add ice, top with the tonic water and stir.
- Garnish with mint sprigs.
