A limited-edition collaboration between two Cornish producers, shaped by a long-standing friendship and a shared dedication to exceptional hospitality.

Designed for sharing throughout the festive season, this cocktail-ready liqueur brings together a slowly brewed blend of South and Central American coffees from Origin, expertly distilled by Loveday.

Rich and subtly bittersweet, our coffee liqueur brings together notes of butterscotch, vanilla and cocoa in a decadent, full-bodied profile.

Just down the road from our roastery, Loveday produce their rum entirely in-house in Falmouth, with the same considered focus on provenance and quality that underpins our approach to coffee. For this collaboration, the two come together in a coffee liqueur combining our cold-brewed speciality coffee with Loveday’s traditionally fermented, ex-bourbon barrel-aged rum. Repurposed spent coffee grounds add further depth of flavour, making thoughtful use of what’s left behind.
Speciality coffee meets Cornish spirits in our take on the Espresso Martini. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with plenty of ice, shake well until chilled, then double strain into an ice-cold martini glass.
You’ll need:
- 50 ml Cold Brew Espresso Concentrate
- 25 ml Loveday Spiced Rum
- 25 ml Loveday x Origin Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
- 10 ml muscovado simple syrup (1:2 ratio)
- Pinch of sea salt

A Commitment to Excellence

Championing speciality coffee from every angle, at every step of the journey. Starting at the source and working with the seasons. Holding ourselves accountable to the highest standards of social and environmental performance. Every sip of our coffee is a result of years of dedication to seasonality, provenance and sustainability.

Loveday Distillery

Founded by childhood friends Chloe and Daisy, Loveday grew from a shared background in hospitality, an obsession with flavour and a desire to make spirits differently. Based in Falmouth, their approach is contemporary yet firmly grounded in their Cornish heritage, with spirits made entirely in-house using fresh and foraged botanicals. Each recipe is shaped through careful experimentation rather than shortcuts, reflecting their belief in doing things properly, even if that means going the long way around. That philosophy extends beyond the bottle and into the distillery itself, a welcoming space built around the simple pleasure of good drinks, good food and good company.
